Who it's for
For operators aggregating multiple sellers.
Niche marketplace operators — auto-parts networks, artisan food collectives, fashion resale, pet supplies, buying groups, industry associations — anyone who needs their own platform instead of renting space on someone else's.
What it does
- Multi-seller storefront in your branding — search, filters, product pages, cart, and checkout that look like you, not a template.
- Automatic order splitting — one buyer checkout becomes a sub-order per seller, commission calculated at the moment of sale.
- Commission engine — global default rates plus per-seller overrides, set when you approve each seller.
- Payout ledger with holds and clawbacks — earnings held to your release terms; refunds and dispute losses claw back automatically.
- Disputes and returns — full lifecycle with seller response, escalation, RMA flow, and platform arbitration.
- Promotions — coupons (platform- or seller-funded) and flash sales with explicit economics.
- Shipping and tracking — carrier abstraction, split-shipment mapping, tracking timelines.
- Platform intelligence — GMV, conversion, repeat rate, top sellers, seller SLA tracking, CSV exports.
- Developer-ready — public seller API with scoped keys, HMAC-signed webhooks, multi-currency display, SEO and PWA support.
What's included in onboarding
- Your own tenant: deployment, branding (logo, colors, domain), admin accounts.
- Initial seller and catalog import from spreadsheets or your current system.
- Commission structure configured to your economics; payment gateway keys connected (sandbox → live).
- Seller onboarding walkthrough and 60 days of post-launch support.
What it does NOT do — stated upfront
- Payments run in sandbox until your gateway keys are connected — no real money moves in the demo.
- Product images upload via cloud storage — credentials configured at onboarding (generous free tier).
- No SSO/MFA in the base build (available as a follow-on integration).
- Webhook retries at scale need a worker cron; notifications need your email/SMS provider keys.
